FESTIVAL DAYS AND HOURS:
  • Saturday, June 16: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 17: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    Location: Denver Civic Center Park - Promenade

    Asians & Friends Denver has been approved as a non-profit vendor partner to staff a Bottled Water Vendor booth in the Promenade at PrideFest serving soda pop to PrideFest attendees for our annual fundraiser.

    Come join us and give a few hours of your time and have fun and see everyone

    Being fully-staffed with enough volunteers is very important, especially during the peak busy time of Sunday late morning and early afternoon.

    All volunteers will receive:
  • Ice-cold bottled water
  • Your very own Asians & Friends Denver T-shirt!
  • A place to hang out with all of your friends with Asians & Friends Denver

    We are looking for as many volunteers as possible to ensure adequate staffing coverage. If you are interested in volunteering a few hours on Saturday and/or Sunday, provide your available date and times and of course your T-shirt size!

    The PrideFest Vendor Partner Program has been generously granted to Asians & Friends Denver and will serve as:
  • A Fun Group Activity together
  • Visibility of Asians & Friends Denver to 300,000 annual visitors and potential new members to the club
  • The opportunity for the club to earn money so that we can do more fun things as a club
